After an order is placed, we require 1–3 working days to process it. On working days this usually takes one business day, however orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. Delivery then takes approximately 8–12 working dayson average.

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily track your delivery online.

Yes, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
