What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after placing an order, it is checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for transport.

2. Delivery time
United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.

All delivery times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
Orders can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click “track your order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to update. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, you can contact customer service.
