Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered together;
on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods under one order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: info@bija-fashion.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

received the returned goods, or
you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of the contract but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
for the supply of audio or video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
